Payment

“Can I pay with credit card? “

Yes, we accept credit card payments from VISA, MasterCard and JCB.

We use MidTrans for our online transactions, a reputable Indonesian payment portal. When you enter your credit card details the connection will go over a secure line and your credit card details will be encrypted. Even we don’t see your credit card details!

“Can I pay by bank transfer?”

You can make your payment direction into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference and email us a proof of payment (info@balipackaging.com). Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared into our account.

Bank transfers need to be made within 2 hours from purchase. If no payment is received within 2 hours then your purchase will be cancelled.

“Can I pay cash?”

Yes you can come and visit our store in Sanur and pay cash. As we do not have a store front we require advance notice to make sure we are available to meet you.

Returns

“Can I return the goods and get a refund”

We do our very best to offer good quality products. If you find that a product you have bought is not as promised please let us know and we will do our best to come to a solution to either replace or refund.
